If we experience high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified if there is any significant delay.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary based on your location and the product ordered.

United States, Canada, UK, Australia, EU

Estimated delivery: 6–14 business days

Rest of the World

Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

Note:
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, or unexpected global shipping disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Product weight/size
  • Selected shipping method

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—follow our email newsletter or website banners for updates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link
  • Carrier details (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, YunExpress, DHL, 4PX, PostNL depending on your region)

Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear, especially during peak seasons.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

THOMPaws is not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

If the package is returned to us, we can resend it (additional shipping fee may apply) or issue store credit.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply
  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs office
  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional fees
  • We cannot estimate customs charges as they vary by location.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

Lost in transit

Contact us after 15 business days (US/UK/EU) or 25 business days (international).
We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Damaged on arrival

Send photos within 7 days to support@thompaws.com
We will replace or refund the product.

Marked “Delivered” but not received

Please check:

  • Your mailbox
  • Your front door/porch
  • With neighbors or local pickup centers

If still not found, contact the carrier first. Then email us for further assistance.

8. Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, some items may ship separately.

If so, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-order or backordered items will have estimated shipping dates listed on their product pages.
We will notify you if the timeline changes.
